Position Title Human Resources Delivery Specialist II
Position Summary
Under limited direction, determines and develops approach to solutions.

Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus working knowledge of other related fields. Provides resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems. Uses judgment within defined policies and practices. Assesses curriculum improvement opportunities, reviews and edits training collateral and makes recommendations.

Must have valid driver's license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or six years related work experience post high school
Two years experience developing training in a business environment
Preferred Qualifications Spanish Fluency preferred
