## Description
As our Sr. Immigration Case Manager, you will provide US employment-based immigration case management and assistance to the Global Immigration Department Manager in addition to providing immigration services to foreign nationals and internal business groups while ensuring compliance with federal regulations. You will also assist foreign nationals and internal business partners with the preparation of required forms and documentation. On a day-to-day basis, you will effectively communicate strategies, options and decisions between outside counsel and corporate internal business partners in accordance with company guidelines, best practices and procedures. You will collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to identify and resolve immigration-related issues. In addition, you will conduct a review of client questionnaires, business documents, immigration documents (petition forms and letters of support), educational documents and dependent documents. You will also assist business units in estimating necessary funds required for immigration purposes by forecasting immigration expenses. You will demonstrate your proficiency with initiating, tracking and maintaining reports that pertain to PERM Labor Certification Process from recruitment through submission of PERM as well as maintenance of PERM retention files in compliance with federal requirements.

Advanced knowledge of L-1, H-1b, O-1, TN, P-1, E-3, and AOS processes.
Advanced knowledge of US immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with immigration tracking software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and deadlines.
Excellent time management skills that demonstrate the ability and flexibility to work under tight time constraints, prioritize workload, and promptly respond to inquiries.
Proven track record of strong and successful customer service skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Legal or a related field.
5
years of progressive experience as an immigration paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department as an immigration case manager or immigration specialist.
Additional 5
years of experience in lieu of a degree.
