Providence is calling a full-time Operations Support Specialist 1 for a day shift position at Providence Murray Business Center in Beaverton, OR.
In this position, you will:
Be responsible for providing support for the Health Plan Operations department in the key areas of: Imaging/Scanning of claims and documents and entry of claims data.
Perform all duties in a manner that complies with the accuracy and efficiency standards established by management, as well as possess the collaborative skills necessary to perform within a team environment.
Required qualifications for this position include:
High School graduate or equivalent/GED
Minimum 6 months previous experience using a personal computer, data entry operations or 10-key by touch
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Work experience in medical insurance and knowledge of medical terminology and CPT/ICD9
