Job Details
Job Title: CSR/outbound call center rep.
Location: Beaverton, OR (location is bus accessible)
Pay: $11/hr. plus 30% of gross earnings (commission not based on sales)
Training: 1 week from 7a-4p
Shift hours: 1st shift 6 -3p, 7a-4p, or 8a-5p
Term: Long-term temporary - hire (indefinite 2-3 years with opportunity for permanent placement and advancement)
Job Description:
- Information gathering, talk through education options, submit to schools
- Education services-opted into schools/education/degrees
- SOFT sales, not pushing down their throats
- Scripted environment
- Scripted environment
Job Atmosphere:
- Great atmosphere to work in-can use internet, Facebook, etc.
- Casual atmosphere-jeans, tattoos, laid back
- free food, free soda/juice
Working hours: 1st
Job Requirements:
--Must be able to overcome objections dealing with a lot of pushback (NO - 85% of the time) and some angry people
--Must be open 7 days per week. Will be given set schedule with two days off in a row. Open to working with people who have restrictions, case by case.
--Must have at least 1 year of customer service. Call center experience is a plus.
--Outgoing, love to talk to people, positive attitude
--High school diploma or equivalent
--Must be willing to submit to background check
