A Multilingual Department Program Specialist I will support the data and analysis needs of all programs within the department such as the Title IC Migrant, Title III English Learners, Dual Language, Newcomer, American Indian/Alaska Native, World Language, and Translation and Interpretation.
Specific responsibilities may include audit tracking and submission, enrollment and staffing analysis, data entry, cleaning up enrollment collections and submitting to the Oregon Department of Education, managing eligibility testing and monitoring of students, fielding questions from teachers and families, analysis of ELPA scores, data reports for individual schools and the district, extracting data and manipulating data into different formats, and a variety of data related tasks that require proficiency in different softwares and programs.
