The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the individual Product Marketing Strategies required to achieve business goals such as margin, MW savings, customer enrollments, etc. This person will have a Marketing Coordinator(s) reporting to them responsible for the tactics of the marketing campaigns. This role is directly aligned with the Product Managers across the Energy Services, Demand-Side Management, and Energy Waste Reduction departments. In this role, the Product Marketing Manager will work collaboratively with the Product Owners (Program Managers) in our CX portfolio to develop the go to market strategy required to achieve our EICP, IRP, and margin goals. This person will define marketing objectives necessary to meet business outcomes, establish funding requirements, and understand product budgets in order to direct effective customer-centric campaign strategies that deliver against business targets across channels. In addition to partnering with the Product Teams, this person will also engage Experience Design, Sales, Corporate Communications, Legal, 3rd party agencies, etc. This position will deeply understand Consumers Energy's products and be responsible for all aspects of strategic product marketing (i.e. product, price, place and promotion) - their features, SWOTs, key value propositions/benefits and differentiators, perceived & real value, competitive environments and market potential, funnel objectives, target markets, etc. - and will define and drive the multichannel go-to-market and promotional strategies necessary to drive customer engagement and customer acquisition at all stages of the products' lifecycles. This person will assess performance against business goals via ROI analyses, business cases, etc. through daily, weekly, and monthly operating reviews utilizing the company's lean business tools around problem solving and visual management. Success in this role requires an ability to combine strategic thinking and tactical execution, cross-functional collaboration, and simplicity in communication. Ability to assess complex market landscape and create focused, integrated marketing strategies, and implement plans with a proven track record of success Strong analytical and communication skills to build compelling business cases in order to win internal support for marketing initiatives Ability to coordinate efforts cross-functionally to achieve positive results Excellent program/project management skills, and proven experience in product marketing, creative/content development, media buying processes, and marketing return on investment analysis The successful candidate will be expected to work in a hybrid status of reporting to One Energy Plaza in Jackson, Michigan with home office flexibility We encourage you to apply if you have:

years' experience in marketing, strategy, consulting, or communications roles In-depth understanding of financial concepts including profit and loss statements and return on marketing investments Exceptional written and verbal communication and reporting skills; strong business computing skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, project management software, and Tableau In this role, you will:
Create and execute the go-to-market strategies that include an interaction strategy and campaign management (expanded to include the work historically managed by Program Managers and 3rd party agencies) Create the product positioning by assessing the competitive landscape and defining the products' differentiated value propositions. Participate in the development of products' attributes and pricing Partner with product owner, sales team, and Experience Design to execute marketing plans and design the optimal customer experience with the product and company that achieve business goals Develop success measurement strategy to determine marketing attribution and conversion targets Partner with product owners to influence product pricing and bundling strategies, as well as plan new product launches and manage the cross-functional implementation of those launches Why should you join our team? Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
