We are a well-respected and long standing Naturopathic, Chinese medicine and acupuncture clinic in central old town Beaverton, committed to the health and well-being of our patients and community.
In this Coordinator position, you focus on details and direct service while keeping the overall flow of the patient care running smoothly.
Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, collecting payments, transacting sales of medicines and supplies and managing projects as well as assisting doctors and patients.
In this Coordinator role, you will oversee and/or implement front desk activities and patient care operations and collaborate with the clinic director and other clinic coordinators.
The ideal candidate will have strong multi-tasking skills, be friendly, proactive, enjoy working in a team and have a keen capacity for administrative tasks.
This is a rewarding and demanding job in a supportive and enjoyable workplace for someone seeking long-term employment doing valuable work.
Previous medical office experience essential.
Service-oriented values, aptitude and a responsible nature are very important.
This position is 4 days a week, 25 - 28 hours a week, afternoons and evenings mostly.
