Position Summary The Bilingual Community Care Specialist II is a key member of Oregon Public Health Institute's Tracing Health team, providing client services, outreach, and administrative support for projects serving residents of Washington County, Oregon.
This position works closely with staff of Washington County Public Health and other county departments that partner with PHI to improve community health and equity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to client eligibility screenings and systems navigation; administrative support; community outreach; and data collection.
This is a hybrid position and employees will be expected to maintain a home-based work location as well as travel to various in-person work sites in Washington County, Oregon.
In-person work sites include but are not limited county offices, community-based organizations, community events, and more.
This position reports to the Tracing Health Team Manager and regularly interfaces with external partners.
This is a time-limited position that is expected to work from July 1 to December 15, 2023.
This position is contingent upon the project award to PHI.

The typical hiring range for this position is from $24.
59 (minimum) to $29.
60 (midpoint) per hour.
The starting wage is determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, as well as budget availability.
This position is eligible for PHI's excellent employee benefits package, including comprehensive health and life insurance and generous time off.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
