This is a full time position, Tuesday-Friday, 7:
00am to 3:
30pm and Mondays 7:
00am-1:
00pm.
Our ideal candidate would be Friendly, Outgoing and Upbeat.
Have a strong understanding of patient privacy, confidentiality and HIPPA and possess a positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette Professional and Dependable Must have Dental Experience as a care coordinator with computer skills experience (EagleSoft a plus) Strong organization and planning skills; detail oriented Comfortable with following office protocol in all aspects of the position Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits, including Sending Electronic Claims Answering Phones and meeting the needs of the patient Coordinating patient scheduling and ensuring any same-day additions are added to the schedule; notifying providers of changes Scheduling appointments in accordance with office guidelines; following and tracking appointments due to schedule changes Presenting treatment plans Accounts Receivable; including accounts aging and insurance aging Tracking daily provider production and reporting to business manager Requesting x-rays, documentation from referrals Hygiene recall and scheduling Entering all patient information into the computer software system accurately, ensuring that we have the most updated information on file for each patient Sending patient follow-up letters to referring providers Job Type:
