They frequently come in with a lot of pain and we do our best to help them not only get out of pain but function better and have healthier lifestyles.
Our staff right now is sharp! They are masters at multitasking, excellent problem solvers and can do it independently if needed.
They support each other and are able to work efficiently with our multiple practitioners.
We have a feedback and training heavy environment.
It is important that everyone can help in all aspects of the job.
What we are looking for:
You MUST show up to work.
Not just physically but we are looking for someone that is regularly on their A-Game.
It is a fast-paced environment but we are willing to train.
You need to be trainable.
Chiropractic past, knowledge in ChiroTouch, bilingual, social media skills- All perks but not necessary.
We are looking for someone that can be gentle with our patients but firm when needed with insurance companies.
Work Hours:
Full Time:
Monday-Friday (M-Th 9am - 6pm, Fri 9am -1pm) but can vary.
Tasks:
Answer phones Enter in patient data to ChiroTouch accurately (Training provided) Manage patient and doctor's schedules Run morning meetings to review schedule and update doctors on patient issues Follow COVID-19 cleaning procedures Prep and enter patient paperwork Phone Calls:
Appointment reminders, MIA patients, Voicemail follow-up Charge patients fees as instructed Auditing patient accounts Call lists for providers Stock and order supplies Back up for other staff Manage and provide content for social media sites We are looking to hire quickly and will train for this position.
