We are looking for an energetic people person with excellent communication skills to join our staff as a Patient Care Coordinator.
Duties will include:
- Greeting patients, checking in/out patients, answering multi-phone lines, patient scheduling, treatment presentation along with financial arrangements.
It will also include getting insurance verifications/ breakdowns, taking/processing payments, and assisting in other areas of the front office, as needed.
Candidates must:
- truly be a people person and enjoy helping others - have outstanding customer service and telephone skills - have excellent verbal and written communication skills - have impeccable organization skills and be able to multi task Experience in a Dental /Medical office setting is strongly preferred, however, we are willing to train the right candidate with all the soft skills listed above.
