As a detailer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers' vehicles are meticulously cleaned, polished, and restored to their original pristine condition.
Your attention to detail and passion for automobiles will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of vehicle appearance.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and upholstery cleaning.
Utilize specialized tools, equipment, and cleaning products to achieve exceptional results while ensuring the safety of the vehicle's surfaces.
Inspect vehicles for any damage, scratches, or dents, and report them to the appropriate supervisor.
Identify and treat specific stains or blemishes on upholstery, carpets, and other interior surfaces using appropriate cleaning methods.
Ensure the removal of dirt, grime, and debris from exterior surfaces, including tires, wheels, windows, and chrome accents.
Apply protective coatings, sealants, or waxes to enhance the appearance and longevity of the vehicle's paintwork.
Operate and maintain detailing equipment, such as pressure washers, carpet cleaners, buffers, and vacuums.
Adhere to established company standards and procedures regarding vehicle cleanliness, time management, and quality of work.
Maintain a neat and organized workspace, including cleaning and restocking supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as an Automotive Detailer or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of automotive cleaning techniques, products, and tools.
Familiarity with various types of vehicle surfaces, materials, and finishes.
Ability to operate and maintain detailing equipment effectively.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work meticulously.
Physical stamina to withstand long periods of standing, bending, and working in different weather conditions.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
