This is the first person our members see when they walk in the door and provide our clients first impression.
They are responsible for working with the team to maximize the client experience and facilitating day-to-day activities.
They also work with the team to maximize category sales and the growth of our member base.
There is a strong focus on running the front of house operations and fostering the growth of community in the gym.
ROLES AND _RESPONSIBILITIES _- Provide the full welcome experience with each client, including a greeting, tour of the facility, introduction to the trainer, paired with a member, and waivers signed.
- Have weekly touch points with the operations manager to align on current focuses, and provide any feedback from clients.
- Facilitate day-to-day process related to trial clients, focus meetings, membership sales, social media posts and retail transactions.
- Responsible for working as a team to close 60% of all trials and working with training team to maximize the client experience.
- Responsible for overseeing client trial follow-up, and membership sales.
- Provide general retail maintenance to keep the retail center stocked, clean, and approachable - Assist in promoting gym focuses with multiple category sales, challenges, and community events.
- Provide cleaning as instructed in the Open/Close Checklist to ensure facility is properly maintained.
- Promptly report facility needs to the operations manager, i.
e.
office supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.
- Responsible for overseeing client trial follow-up, and membership sales.
_QUALIFICATIONS _- Have a love for fitness.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be a high producer in autonomous working situations and a self-motivator.
- Able to easily learn and navigate software systems and maintain records.
- Have a high level of understanding and presence in social media.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and follow through.
Operations Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the company - Provide support to the operations team in various tasks - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Maintain and update company databases and records - Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed - Assist in managing inventory and supplies - Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations Skills:
- Strong time management and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in English - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy - Proficiency in using computer software and applications - Previous experience in technical sales, electronics sales, or jewelry sales is a plus We offer competitive compensation.
