CALL CENTER AGENT - INBOUND ONLYOur client operates a fast-paced office environment with extensive contact with clients and employees.

SUMMARYInbound Call Agents do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility to handle potential claimant inquires and claims.
As an Inbound Call Agent, you are responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, and processing email, chat, and callback interactions.
PAY:
up to $20/hr or $21/hr for verified Spanish Bilingual BONUS:
up to $890 with excellent or better attendance in first 60 days (see your recruiter for details) SHIFTS:
Monday - Friday 7am -3:
30pm OR 6am -2:
30pn MUST ATTEND first 5 days training with a 7am - 3:
30pm schedule DUTIES:
Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed.
Route calls as needed to the appropriate resources.
Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers.
Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research teamComplete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accuratelyOther projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Prior call center or high volume customer service experience preferred.
Dependable and able to adhere to scheduleMust have attention to detail in a in a high volume and sometimes stressful work environment.
Effective problem-solving and listening listening skillsBasic computer skills, data entry experience preferred.
Ability to sit at work station for long periods of time.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
