Serve as a member of a service team that supports multiple regions with a primary purpose to provide Health Plan customers outstanding, seamless service in a call center based team environment Be Responsible for the first line of communication with a variety of customers, including existing and potential members, providers, internal departments and employers Provide detailed benefit quotes Review eligibility and premium information on a broad portfolio of products Assist members in selecting medical homes and primary care physicians Educate members and providers in the appropriate use of health plan and clinic services Research and respond to claims and authorization inquiries Maintain knowledge of complex custom networks Resolve customer issues and concerns Please note the following important details regarding this role:
This posting is for multiple openings of an Associate Customer Care Coordinator This role requires flexibility to work a 8am-5pm shift, Monday - Friday This position will require onsite workdays for trainings This position will require to an in-office presence, 3 days per week, for your first 12 weeks of initial training Providence welcomes residents to apply that live in within a daily commutable distance (20-30 miles) of our office location listed below:
