Performing comprehensive assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.
Developing an individualized plan of care for each client with them, their family and the caregiver(s) Training, Supervising and Delegating tasks to staff as appropriate.
Maintaining client records showing systematic assessments, planning interventions, and evaluations.
Communicate with Physicians, Nurses and Initiating referrals as needed to other health team members.
What we're looking for:
Current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN or BSN ok) in Oregon.
Current CPR certification Access to reliable transportation and a cell phone.
Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.

This job is part time, flexible hours, with additional hours adding to full time - or the option to hire on an additional part time RN as growth happens.
