Summary:
The receptionist is the first point of contact and first impression for our community.
You will ensure guests are greeted in a professional and welcoming manner while providing administrative support to multiple departments and addressing resident questions and requests.
Multitasking, stress management and leadership skills are essential for this position.
Part Time:
Friday - Monday 3pm-8pm Starting Pay:

50 Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
(The following is an outline of responsibilities and not intended to be a comprehensive list) Answer and screen all incoming calls.
Route calls and take messages as appropriate.
Greet and screen all visitors.
Monitor visitors, residents, and staff according to COVID-19 protocols.
Perform general office duties such as maintaining records, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Provide administrative support for departments as needed.
Provide support to the Community Relations team including assisting with prospective inquiries, and processing paperwork.
Assist with the resident move in and move out process as needed.
Maintain fire and life safety documentation and monitor Maintenance Director's required fire drills and training follow through.
Provides support for the clinical team including monitoring the resident call system and coordinating resident medical transportation appointments.
Assists residents with maintenance request forms and other incidental requests.
Assists editor of MHT with the assembly and production of the monthly newsletter including sending the final proofed and edited copy to printer.
Other duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
