MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

? Maintain Pool and surrounding areaPool experience is essential.? Knowledge of basic construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting and drywall? Perform routine utility inspections and maintenance such as light fixtures, air filters, electrical pedestals, winterizing outside faucets in all buildings, etc.? Ensure all equipment is maintained in safe and proper working condition including lawn mowers and tools? Review and oversee contracted work performed by outside vendors? Inspect projects for accuracy, completeness and compliance with established standards and requirements? Assist in grounds maintenance ? Coordinate activities to assure the community is clean, well-maintained and in a safe and orderly condition? Confer with Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager to discuss and establish work projects, priorities, and timelinesJob Qualifications? High School Diploma/Trade School preferred? Minimum of 2-5 years maintenance? Experience and skills with mobile home parks (preferred) or multi-family housing? Work and communicate well with other staff as well as tenantsJob Type:
