Up to $20/hr for well qualified candidates!Shifts:
Day, Swing, Weekend Compressed shifts available!What you'll do:
Operate HP and other automated test equipmentDebug ATE board failures and coordinate test/debug schedulesAssist New Product Introductions (NPI's) and implement ECO'sAnalyze and track data and engineering/customer interfaceTrain operators and test functionality of productsTroubleshoot and repair those products that fail testingCollect quality and technical dataCommunicate quality problems to appropriate production team(s)Communicate with customers concerning technical or quality issuesParticipate in theory training of new products and team problem-solving meetingsRework circuit boards when needed and perform other duties as assigned.What you'll need:
Advanced proficiency in computer systems, including MS Excel (vlookups, etc.), Office, and OutlookHigh-level critical thinking, attention to detail, analysis, and ability to multi-task and learn quicklyDemonstrated self-motivation, problem solving abilities, team spirit and a hands on mentalityOrganization, thoroughness, and ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy or qualityCommunicate in person, over the phone, email, internet or in writing in a positive, professional mannerDemonstrated core competencies through successful completion of the Test Technician ExamExcellent problem solving skills and ability to prioritize work in a quickly changing environmentExcellent communication skills with both internal and external customersEducation and/or ExperienceHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent1 year of electronic Test experience at this levelKnowledge of multiple test equipment platformsKnowledge of computer language such as C++, VHDL, VB.net and LabVIEWEfficiently read schematics from multiple sourcesPreferred QualificationsTwo years of formal electronic education or the equivalentApply onlineOrCall:
