Position Overview:
Home Offer Specialists As a Home Offer Specialists at Property Max, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls/inquiries from potential sellers interested in selling their properties.
Your primary duty will be to engage with these callers, understand their needs, and set up appointments for our Outside Sales Representatives to meet with them face-to-face.
Your goal is to effectively qualify leads, build rapport with potential clients, and schedule appointments that align with our company's objectives.
Key
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from potential sellers interested in selling their properties.
Engage with callers in a professional and courteous manner, actively listening to their needs and motivations.
Qualify leads by gathering relevant information about the property, the seller's situation, and their timeline for selling.
Educate callers about our company's services, value proposition, and the benefits of working with us.
Schedule appointments for outside sales representatives to meet with qualified leads in person.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments scheduled, and follow-up activities using CRM software.
Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and address any additional questions or concerns they may have.
Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and provide any necessary support or assistance.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and our company's offerings to effectively communicate with potential clients.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
Effective listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to gather relevant information.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and appointments.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets and goals.
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
