We appreciate diligent effort and strive for a no drama workplace, where good vibes are valued and encouraged! Full or part time, morning or evening shifts available.
Applicants must have OPEN AVAILABILITY for both SATURDAY & SUNDAY our busiest time of the week Smaaken supports local farmers and make most items from scratch in house.
We are passionate about the products we serve, all natural and artisan, omnivore, vegan, gf and locally sourced.

BOH:
Creating and executing daily prep lists - -Follow recipes for making :
overnight yeasted waffle batter, berry jams, house made sauces, - slicing meats and cheeses, - making cold brew and coffee - wielding waffle irons, fryer and commercial mixer use Solo work includes checking and implementing par lists, staying on top of prep, and actively communicating around inventory.
FOH -Keeping clean and sanitized workspace -Operating POS and delivery app systems -Kind and thoughtful customer service at the window, helping regulars and newbies with a genuine friendliness.
Also delivery drivers:
) -can remain calm, efficient and quick, creating beautiful sandwiches while tickets stack up -able to lift 50lbs -multitasking and time management skills Basically for this job Food service background is essential .
-18 years old or older, so you are allowed to use commercial mixer, etc We strive to work as s team, emphasizing communicating effectively, with generous and supportive energy towards colleagues.
