Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) - Senior Living

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the nursing staff and support them in delivering person-centered care tailored to the unique needs of each resident.
  • Coordinate and supervise nursing activities, including assessments, care planning, and medication management.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident safety, well-being, and overall quality of life.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to inspire our team to deliver excellence in care.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
  • Experience in a senior living or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in nursing practice.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
