As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and other sushi dishes according to established recipes and standards - Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and kitchen area - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of sushi dishes - Train and mentor junior sushi chefs or kitchen staff as needed - Stay updated on current industry trends and techniques related to sushi preparation Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role in a restaurant or food service establishment - In-depth knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including knife skills, rolling techniques, and presentation - Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Preferred Skills:
