We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team.
As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our restaurant environment.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items - Take food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen staff - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills - Basic math skills for handling payments accurately Joining our team as a Server offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the restaurant industry, develop customer service skills, and work in a dynamic team environment.
