Role Description Arena Club is seeking a fulfillment associate who can wear many hats supporting its e-commerce operations.
Individuals should have a focus on safety first, be process minded, detail oriented, attention to quality, well organized, and have the ability to prioritize what actions drive the business forward.
You will support the operations team with order fulfillment needs, which includes:
Unboxing orders:
Carefully open packages to process and verify items.
Scanning:
Digitizing each item and entering them into an asset tracking software.
Assembling slabs:
Printing labels which match specific cards.
Ultrasonic welding:
Sealing slabs with heavy machinery.
Storage:
Placing welded slabs in the appropriate storage bin.
Fulfillment:
Packaging orders with accuracy for shipment to customers.
Qualifications Ability to work in a positive team environment.
Superior organizational, communication, and prioritization required.
Ability to operate efficiently and multi-task to achieve production goals.
Ability to work proactively and independently.
Willingness to learn and continually improve processes.
Must be able to pass a thorough background check.
