Inside Sales Rep/Account Mgr - Bilingual

DAT Solutions, a subsidiary of Roper Industries, Inc. (NYSE: ROP) is seeking a full-time English-Spanish bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join the Freight Matching Sales Department in Beaverton, Oregon.
Job Summary:
The Inside sales/Account Manager is responsible for prospecting and selling DAT Solutions transportation-related products and services. The position has no territory; prospects may be located anywhere in the United States.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote sales by contacting leads and/or prospects and presenting our products and services
Gain understanding of prospect's business needs
Increase prospect's knowledge by presenting accurate descriptions of features, benefits, and current price quotes
Conduct product demos via online tools and the phone
Capture accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
Follow up on leads utilizing the CRM (Siebel) and accurate document transactions
Discuss credit terms, quote prices, and prepare sales orders, funnel reports or other forms
Establish new accounts by accurately filling out customer and contact information on subscriber agreements and customer record
Attend Sales meetings or Trade Shows as required by Sales Manager
Turn in a monthly commission sheet
Meet or exceed monthly and annual quotas
Additional Responsibilities
Within assigned account base, promotes sales by contacting representatives, leads, and/or prospects and presents DAT Solutions products and services; including accurate descriptions of product features and benefits, quoting current pricing, and generating sales.
Maintains quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport with decision-makers, and researching, identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations.
Meets or exceeds individual and team retention expectations and sales goals.
Provides consultative sales approach to place the correct DAT Solutions product with the customer to assure retention and revenue goals are met.
Assures all CRM database fields are kept complete and current.
Increases product knowledge within the market by displaying or demonstrating product features and benefits, using frequent phone, fax and mail contacts with representatives, leads, and/or prospects within assigned account base.
Profiles account base by size (revenue with DAT Solutions), potential growth, satisfaction and keep lists/funnel current.
Services account base by contacting them every 6 months.
Develops sales by up-selling/migrating current customers on products/services and expansion.
Provides product information by answering inbound calls and questions from customers.
Completes the initial new customer Hand-Hold process as outlined in the Hand-Hold Policy and Procedures.
Required Skills and Experience:
Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment
Positive, passionate, highly energetic self-starter
Proficient level computer skills including Ms Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Good phone etiquette; handle objections; ask for the close/sale
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English
Good decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
Related experience in Sales
Past Siebel experience a plus
College diploma in business related field preferred
Other Requirements:
Able to work 5:30 a.m. shift

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
