As the _Director or Process and Tools__;_ your role will includeleadership andoversight of enterprise wide effort to align NikeTech production support teams to a single operations management tool, as well as the associated processes such as Incident, Problem and Change Management,you will be accountable for guiding a set of cross-functional teams which support a myriad of enterprise and local systems. You will be accountable for leading the specific effort to transition a variety of support teams from multiple different operational management tools to a single solution. This effort also includes establishing a formal process governance model that aligns with the selected tool
This role includes executive level communications and reporting.
## Qualifications
Ability to create short-term and long-term departmental plans for business, production and organizational priorities
Applies business and management expertise to achieve financial and operational objectives
Ability to make decisions guided by functional business plans that impact the support and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of relevant business experience desired
Proven ability to provide leadership to managers, supervisors and professional staff
Ability to guide functional discussions and initiatives across departments.
Experience identifying and resolving complex technical, operational and organizational problems
