## Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to coordinate and assist with the administrative activities for the club. The position will assist and coordinate in the area of Accounting and Auditing, Inventory Control, HR & Payroll, and Membership Services. Position may require some weekend and evening work.
## Qualifications:
Job Specific
Strong computer skills; advanced Excel skills
Experience with POS systems desired
Strong customer service skills
Minimum of two years administrative experience
Accounting and HR experience preferred
Experience within a club environment preferred but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision; self-starter
Highly organized and deadline oriented
College degree preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
