The Recruiting Manager will report to the VP and will be integral to the needs of a rapidly growing firm. They will successfully manage all aspects of the Firm's recruiting process and establish a scalable and highly sophisticated talent attraction and retention operation. The individual will need to partner with management to review the current processes and introduce new recruiting initiatives. They will serve as a strategic advisor to the business by working to creatively solve talent acquisition needs. In addition, this individual will be expected to support and be involved in other key HR initiatives, including training and development.
Design, implement, execute and oversee the entire recruitment process and identifying the recruitment strategy including tools and metrics.
Explores the market's best practices in the recruitment and staffing industry and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
Builds quality relationships with the internal partners and external customers.
Conducts job interviews for managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
Manages, mentors, and develops the team of Recruiters
Acts as a main point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
Develop strategies to target and recruit using a variety of tools and techniques
External interface for recruiting team through industry contacts, job fairs and networking events.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate would possess the following:
Proven ability to both deliver and develop pro-active recruitment practices and initiatives
Very strong recruiting and sourcing skills
Proven track record and demonstrated management and recruiting
Managing simultaneous processes and working across/coordinating among multiple functions
Coaching and influencing hiring managers / peer groups in decision making and strategic process
Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experienced and adept with a variety of applicant tracking systems
Preferred skills
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Bullhorn)
5-8 year's relevant recruiting experience
Previous experience working with Fortune 500 technical corporations

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
