Our client is seeking a Program Manager for their Beaverton, OR location. Job Description: The nature of the work is focused on defining tools and processes to support overall organizational excellence in program/project management and process definition. Process Improvement Expertise:
Provide principles to drive process improvement activities and use extensive knowledge and experience to serve as consultant to senior business leaders
Facilitate the capture of learning's for continuous improvement
Act as an expert resource for process teams to deal with any issues that may adversely impact the company
Work with senior management to refine process improvement plans to meet strategic targets.
Strategic Planning: Act as expert consultant to Global Process Leaders on short and long-term activity; Collaborate with senior management for long term implementation of process excellence principles.
In this role, you will be supporting the creation of a new Production support framework.
You will have the opportunity to review current state and then advise on what should be future state.
Ultimately, you will be working toward a 'One Team- One Model Everywhere' for production support.
You will be responsible for scoping out the processes that need change, prioritizing the review list, and determining deliverable dates.
You will be facilitating individual and group conversations/workshops and compiling the information in an easy to digest recommendations that can be used to determine new processes.
An end deliverable will be a -Playbook- how Production Support will work in the future.
This playbook will include information on roles and responsibilities by each team, communication standards, intake standards, localized scripts for use with Geo Tech partners and Service level agreements as well as others items yet to be determined.
You may be required to create some documentation for this playbook.
Experience with broad business exposure and direct experience in implementation of business change and process improvement initiatives.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
