Our client, a Distribution, Logistics, and e-Commerce Organization is looking for a Sale Manager of Wireless Business Solutions manage and lead a sales team in developing, implementing and managing a sales strategy to achieve aggressive sales goals for a multi-channel distribution, fulfillment, and dealer relations within a set territory. This position requires a mix of professional sales, knowledge of e-Commerce, and a roll up the sleeves attitude.

Our client is looking for a Sales Manager, Wireless Business Solutions with a proven sales track recordof work within a multichannel distribution, logistics, and e-Commerce company for wireless communication devises.
As the Sales Manager, Wireless Business Solutions, you will be responsible for:
Managing the sales process and performance of a strong, knowledgeable team
Direct sales and prospecting in a Business to Business sales environment
Coaching the team and direct involvement in building proposals, quotes and responding to bids and RFQ's
Organizing and developing promotional programs for dealers
Sales training and product demonstration
Being the go-to person for the wireless communication sales team, and key customers
Continuously building relationships with top executives of large organizations
Optimizing the value of the business consistent with agreed upon company goals and objectives
Encourage a culture of trust, collaboration, continuous learning, mentoring, and employee growth in order to maximize employee performance
Setting quantifiable expectations for direct reports, and holding accountable team for meeting or exceeding those expectations

Requirements for this position include:
Bachelor's degree required/MBA preferred
3-5 years in wireless communication devises
5+ years sales management experience
Strong sales, sales management and communication skills
Proven track record of achieving assigned quotas and objectives
Excellent understanding of Key Business Metrics and their effect on a vendor's performance - Sales Revenues, Returns, Inventory, Payment...
Positive attitude, highly motivated, competitive and a self-starter
Excellent problem solving ability and detail orientation
Proficiency with technology especially Excel
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to travel up to 1 week/month
