## Position
Summary:
We are looking for an individual who is experienced in food and beverage to work as the lead associate at our Caf . Duties include taking orders, weekly inventory, cleaning, food safety standards, chasiering, light food prep duties, scheduling, and overseeing staff in the Director's absence. The Lead will act as an Assistant Manager to the Director to ensure that the operation runs seamlessly in the Director's absence.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age unless serving beer and wine.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
Familiar with direct heat and indirect heat cooking methods.
Familiar with basic kitchen/cooking equipment.
Previous supervision experience a plus.
Background in restaurants or food service preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
Bi-Lingual a plus.
Excellent customer service skills, energetic, enthusiastic and motivational.
High standards in ethics, service and image.
High School diploma or equivalent.
