## Position
Summary:
The purpose of this position is to implement all water safety policies and procedures; preventing and responding to emergencies; act as customer service ambassadors to members and guests in VillaSport aquatic areas assisting them with any concern or needs within capabilities and parameters of the position.

Qualifications:
Must be 16 years of age or older
Understands and utilizes aquatics gold standards and bench marks
Strong interest in the fitness industry and aquatics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent physical condition
First Aid/CPR certifications required prior to hire date
Position requires First Aid/CPR certification for professional rescuers
