TITLE: Business Transition Manager

PURPOSE: Enhance Brand Marketing's competency and capacity for change, maximize the speed of adoption, and minimize productivity loss in the business.

OVERALL ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Transition strategy and planning 40%
Develop and implement Transition Management strategic plans, project plans, organization readiness and adoption planning
Become expert of functionality and process on all tools
Understand training design and development and facilitate training sessions as needed
Strategize with Communications Designer, Training/Adoption Manager, and Process Manager to ensure holistic change approach is met for each project, campaign, or implementation and transition and adoption is successful
Implementation, Rollout, Stabilization 20%
Implement transition plans, execute rollout timelines, and ensure stabilization is successful
Coordinate execution of initial and ongoing training sessions with Training/Adoption Manager
Drive process, best practices, and adoption 20%
Uphold best practices, coach, monitor, and energize the adoption of tools
Stay up-to-date on how different users utilize tools and how that changes as their processes change
Develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of project objectives, in conjunction with Process Manager
Recaps & Teardowns 10%
Facilitate, compile, and report on what worked, what did not, and future improvements (both for customers and internal team)
Liaison with Communications Designer on survey of users
Operations Management & Technology Team Support 10%
Support team and customers in a variety of ways (as needed when engaging with Business customers)

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years' broad business experience preferably in the implementation of global business change initiatives or technology system projects, including hands-on implementation experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Development with a focus on Organizational Behavior/Learning, Transition Management, Communications, Operations, Technology and/or related discipline.
Strong understanding of Transition/Change Management concepts, models and best practices.
Proven track record of success in driving business change within all levels of the organization
Ability to work effectively across a wide, global range of management and teams
Experience partnering with marketing and communication teams to assist with change awareness and adoption efforts
Global perspective and international experience preferred
Previous NIKE experience is strongly preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
