Position Description:
Assembly of custom cables, fine pitch and small 46 gauge wire soldering. Support commitment to 100% on time shipment. Be available to achieve delivery goals. Continually improve individual time on each operation performed. Perform initial quality checks and make necessary adjustments. Produce 100% defect free products.
Position Requirements:
Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions
Ability to use a microscope daily
Operates some production tools and equipment (tweezers, cutters, soldering iron and hand crimpers).
Knowledge of using measuring devices
Basic use of math
Good manual dexterity
Able to demonstrate good inter-personal skills
Excellent Attendance and dependability required
Commitment, co-operation & flexibility
Reliable and cooperative in performing all duties
Participate in problem solving
Excellent Organization skills required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
