Provides administrative support to the Marketing department.
1. Supports Marketing department projects and new item management.
2. Tracks department budget and provides budget forecasting.
3. Schedules and takes the minutes for department meetings.
4. Prints and distributes vendor communications.
5. Distributes POS products to sales team and brokers.
6. Routes artwork proofs to printing vendors.
7. Sends packages for the marketing department.
8. Maintains inventory of marketing brochures, signage, and tags.
9. Fulfills requests for digital pictures of company products.
10. Completes route supply orders.
1. At least 2 years of marketing experience is required.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Associate's Degree in Marketing is preferred.
3. Experience in project management is preferred.
4. Basic PC skills are required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
