Lead Business Systems Analyst
Xtreme Consulting Group is currently Recruiting for a Lead Business Systems Analyst. This is an opportunity at one of our local client's sites in the beautiful Portland, OR Metro area.
This position is a 12 month contract with an excellent chance for extension.

Purpose:
To gather technical and business requirements throughout the assesment and planning phases of the Lotus Notes Replacement effort.
We are looking for the following skills:
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs and document the technical requirements.
Familiarity with Lotus Notes and ability to follow a defined technical process is preferred.
An associate's degree or higher and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a related area is a must.
The BSA will perform a variety of tasks under general supervision, must be able to work independently, and rely on experience and judgement to accomplish goals.
Experience with SharePoint, Web technologies, and Agile Methodology, are desired.
Experience with the migration of a large complex projects is a plus. Possibility of contract extension into design and development phases.
Your responsibilities in this role would be:
The Technical BSA will provide expertise in requirements specification gathering, analysis, and planning in support of the replacement of 40 Lotus Notes applications.
Activities include collection and organization of business and technical requirements from existing applications.
Additionally, the BSA will serve as the liaison between in-house customers and information technology professionals.
