Summary
This position will be an Expert level Project Manager, working with Enterprise operations teams on process improvement in capacity management, patch & outage management, and problem resolution processes. This role will be responsible for the delivery of one to many projects currently in flight. In addition to Project Management responsibilities, you may also be responsible for some program management tasks such as managing program/project financials and driving the work activities of other projects.
Qualifications
Demonstrate expertise in defining project goals, scope, approach, and overall task plan including providing clarity on critical path tasks.
Have experience with strategy, risk, issue, communications, and other supporting plans
Present exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate strong influencing skills
Be an expert in MS Project with experience managing several hundred line project plans and create status dashboards
Experience with IT operations teams
Technical PM experience with hardware/software/systems/production support preferred
