Summary
As a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) within the Technical Recovery Management (TRM) office, you'll play a key role in advancing the company's ability to recover from major disruptive events. You will be responsible for building relationships with architecture and engineering teams to collaboratively develop and document technology inventories, maps, and requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops. You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering communications to business stakeholders to understand how technologies drive operational, revenue, and profitability goals. You'll be joining a high energy and highly talented team focused on rapidly improving the company's recovery posture.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with others to solve complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
Complete tasks and deliver products with consistency and quality
Demonstrate and apply excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate and apply understanding of basic technical architecture concepts and principles
Apply technical knowledge and skills to represent technology layers and landscapes
Demonstrate and apply advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio skills to build visual representations of technology layers and landscapes
Demonstrate ability to represent complex ideas and concepts to multiple audiences
Learn and apply disaster recovery concepts, processes, and tools
Support design and execution of stakeholder interviews and workshops
Build collaborative relationships and influence others to adopt a different point of view
Agile and adaptive to a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Take initiative and be a self-starter to help the team succeed
Collaborate to define clear work plans, milestones, and schedules for your scope of responsibility
Consistently meet agreed upon schedules and deadlines
Actively identify and manage risks to completing identified work plans
Providing regular status updates to the TRM team and project manager
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

years of professional experience in developing process maps, architectural diagrams, functional or technical requirements specifications, and other types of
Proven track record of delivering results on a project or implementation of technology solutions
Success in designing and leading requirements discovery sessions including use of interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process modeling, personas, and workflow analysis
Previous disaster recovery or business continuity experience is a strong plus
Adaptability and experience in leading teams to determine appropriate requirements capture and management methods
Strong skills in building positive relationships and forging internal and external partnerships
Strong organizational skills (multi-tasking) and a self-motivator
Ability to work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of success in fast-moving organizations with complex technology applications
Strong technical acumen to quickly learn technical recovery and support processes and understand how engineering teams come together to stand up, recover, and run technology
Successful track record dealing with subject matter experts and leadership

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
