Duties: Design and develop extensible reputation Threat Intelligence Exchange within a Scrum environment, to share object reputation data in real-time between different security products on millions of systems, tablets and smart phones; Work effectively with other members of the team and other functions of the organization to meet goals; Take ownership of reasonably sized projects and lead peer team members technically towards completion of the assigned projects; Provide architectural guidance for peer product integrations; Estimate project scope and deliver projects according to schedule; Collaborate with team members on best practices, code reviews and process improvements to help the team stay productive in delivering useful new features and improved user experience.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field (US or foreign equivalencies), followed by 7 years of post-graduate experience in the job offered or related capacity(ies). Experience must include:
- 7 years of Java services and applications development
- advanced knowledge of Java, JSP, JDBC, HTML, Javascript, XML, Spring (Java/J2EE Application framework), RDBMS (preferably Postgres), Web services, Shell Scripts, JUNIT, Linux
- JQuery, Rest
- Database and messaging programming
- Architecture, design and implementation of web applications with highly optimized and scalable architectures for the enterprise
- Working in Agile and Scrum Programming environment
- Developing security solutions for the enterprise
- Working together on cross-functional and cross-geo teams
