Summary
Creating and deploying a new software application reaching across multiple business areas with a global impact and small development business team. Project Scope Management:
Works with project sponsors and customers to define; business benefits, business requirements, and project scope. Manages change control against scope and it's impacts to time, cost, and quality Project Time Management:
Defines project schedule, manages task assignments, tracks work against schedule. Creating the related deliverables at both a detailed level as well as summarized in a professional looking manner for leadership updates. Providing weekly status updates and other on-going communication.
Qualifications
Scope, timeline and budget coordination and tracking. Creating the related deliverables at both a detailed level as well as summarized in a professional looking manner for leadership updates. Providing weekly status updates and other on-going communication. Experience with software implementation project is required.
Strong multi-tasker, high-quality professional deliverables
Word, Excel, PowerPoint Proficiency
MS Project, preferred
Proficient in the use of SharePoint
Proficient in Progress Reporting - Methods and techniques for reporting progress and financial compliance against an agreed plan.
Proficient in Project Management - Principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through to implementation.
Proficient in Project Management Tools - Automated tools to assist in the project management process, by automating mechanical tasks such as scheduling, resource balancing, and time recording.
Proficient in Project Planning and Control Techniques - Techniques associated with planning and monitoring progress of projects.
