Summary
Our west side client has an immediate need for a payroll professional.
Responsibilities
Prepare, input and process all daily payroll information required for semi-monthly in-house payroll for multiple locations
Research and resolve payroll issues and reconcile bank transit and lost check issues according to company policy.
Prepare and reconcile periodic payroll reports, including but not limited to internal needs and external reports such as quarterly and year-end tax reports, workers compensation, unemployment insurance, bureau of labor reporting, balancing and distributing W-2's.
Resolve questions and issues from managers and employees in a professional and helpful manner.
Qualifications
5
years of work experience with full process payroll for multiple locations
Prior experience with either an in-house payroll software or other automated payroll system
Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
Close attention to detail, be highly organized and be able to recognize discrepancies.
Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of employees with a high level of customer service.
