Qualifications
Must be a strong leader that takes initiative and follows through on action items and deliverables without needing to be followed up with regularly. They seek help when needed versus floundering in ambiguity.
Ability to drive to a solid business and technology solution
Excellent analysis and requirements discovery skills
Strong documentation skill. Artifacts must contain requirements that are clear and concise but deliver a complete description of what the problem or opportunity is and what needs to be delivered.
Ability to define a strong business benefits case through analysis and data that tells the story of why we should deliver a solution.
Strong ability to prioritize their work and manage their capacity and expectations on deliverables.
Must be goal and timeline driven.
Retail experience preferred.
Global business exposure preferred.
