We are a retained search firm, seeking high performers to join our rapidly growing Agriculture practice group.

II. Position Responsibilities:
o Obtain executive search contracts from new clients and existing network of contacts.
o Identifying new and creative ways to source viable clients including conducting both warm and cold calls.
o Present proposals and related PowerPoints to senior executive leaders, and board members.
o Compel prospective clients to select RMA, using strategic and subtle soft closing methods.
o Attending industry related functions to increase networking opportunities while gaining valuable knowledge.
o Developing a pool of both active and passive candidates who hold the experience and skill sets our clients are looking for.
o Identifying new and creative ways to source highly qualified candidates for open job orders.
o Conducting interviews to get to know potential candidates and their skill sets.

III. Position Requirements:
o Minimum of 2 years' experience recruiting within the Agriculture sector.
o Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting and HR experience.
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent business related experience.
o Experience using internet sourcing techniques and sites.
o Experience recruiting for senior level talent.
o Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work on a tight schedule.
o Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to bridge large gaps and differences.
o Be able to scale in a fast paced environment where functioning autonomously and collaborating as part of a team are dually vital.
o Exceptional research, consulting, executive sourcing, and assessing skills.
o Individuals who welcome and can match pace in an entrepreneurial, highly fluid, ever changing culture.
o Superb communication skills; a compelling communicator able to engage the attention of busy, senior executives.
o Articulate with a high level of business acumen; able to influence and respond across complex arguments and engage with senior level executives in a polished and professional manner.
o Combines tenacity with tact, knowing when to apply more pressure and when to give in.
o Self-assured, not easily thrown, able to think on their feet.
o Outgoing and gregarious, enjoys interacting with a variety of people.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
