Responsibilities
Ensure that the project's deadlines are met.
Run weekly meetings and document updates, provide status reports to team.
Hold team members accountable for their tasks, track down any missing information as it is required.
Learn and understand the team's processes and how they function.
Qualifications
Basic project management experience, experience managing multiple projects.
Experience with Gantt Charts, SmartSheet, Google Docs, Key Note, MS Office, and PowerPoint. Presentation skills are a huge bonus.
Must be extremely organized.
Must be able to document and track various data.
Great communications skills, must be able to speak to managers of all different levels.
