Help execute a global training strategy and curriculum aimed at preparing employees (and managers) with the skills and knowledge they need to successfully utilize the new set of tools available in Office 365, with an emphasis on SharePoint. Help users discover new ways of using the integrated online experience of the Office suite to boost productivity, expand collaboration, break down silos, and discover hidden talent and resources throughout the Enterprise.
Help execute the training strategy, work plan and curriculum to meet the Program release strategy, aimed at preparing employees, managers and key cross-functional stakeholders with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully utilize the new tools.
Assist with delivery of training classes, both in-person and virtually; emphasis will be on SharePoint training, but can include other O365 tools as well.
Assist in identifying opportunities to increase training offerings, and participate in development of new training materials.
Assist with management of the delivery of the training program to include scheduling dates, locations and instructors of classroom training, scheduling users in classes
Proven experience in large global training roll-outs, to include course material development, train-the-trainer session, and training delivery Thorough understanding of adult learning principles, training standards, methodology and tools; understanding of authoring tools, learning management systems, web-delivery tools
Advanced skills with Microsoft O365 suite of tools, with a heavy emphasis on SharePoint

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
