The Opportunity:
Our client is a very busy and top producing real estate team in Beaverton, OR. We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Principal Broker and Team Leader.
What you will do:
Create Structure: Develop systems, checklists and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a bustling office.
Support: Provide Executive level support to the Team by clearing away distractions so they can focus on business growth and are able to function at the highest level. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing the calendar for meetings and travel, manage travel arrangements, customer service, updating website content, ordering business cards and office supplies, client correspondences, tracking sales numbers, etc.
Own It: You aren't here to simply earn a paycheck. You will play a significant role in the success of the business and will take on this responsibility with a sense of ownership, commitment, honesty, and integrity.

You have previously managed a busy office or have provided executive level administrative support.
SUPER Organized: You have the ability to create order out of chaos. You are able to juggle multiple projects efficiently all while staying focused.
Psychic: Well, not really. But you have the gift of forethought and are able to think two steps ahead and anticipate what needs to be done.
Flexible: You are able to switch gears easily and re-prioritize on a moments notice.
Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with basic office technology and aren't afraid of learning new things.
A Driver and a Realist: You enjoy life in the fast lane and don't let things get you down. You understand there is work to be done and that your high standards for accuracy serve as the anchor of reality when assessing team production.
Numbers Excite You: You LOVE working with numbers so much that if a report that you were running in MS Excel was off balance, it would most likely keep you up at night.
The Details:
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Benefits: Paid time off
Location: Beaverton, OR
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
