SummaryDevelop and implement effective, competitive WorkAssure (Field Service Management ) product strategies that maximize resources and contribute towards business results.
Provide leadership for WorkAssure and assigned customer strategies.
Determine practicality of product ideas based on projected costs and sales potential, evaluate market trends to measure effectiveness and coordinate product lines through product life cycle.
Exercise experienced judgment in developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Dutieso Duties include:
Implementing market research that collects customer requirements and analyzes competitive strategies.
o Gathering customer information to predict future customer needs to ensure that new product ideas meet financial and market potential.
o Working with sales and customer/product support to devise product solutions and strategies, developing plans to drive future product offering.
Developing & driving product revenue opportunities.
o Participating in pricing, positioning, competitive analysis, collateral development and customer presentations in cooperation with the sales, product development and marketing organizations.
o Develop and drive systematic competitive analysis and response programs.
o Plan and direct the roadmap for products and/or product enhancements through development managers and program managers that set and assist in setting the product strategies.
o Actively coordinate with customers, sales, development, architecture and advanced technology teams regarding new field service management product direction.
Required:
o High level of knowledge of Field Service Management and other OSS/BSS products, organization policies and practices.
o Thorough knowledge of long-range and operational planning techniques.
o Excellent time management, decision making, presentation, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
o Able to coordinate resources from multiple areas of the company to maximize revenue and profit.
o Engineering degree preferred.
o 10+ years Technology Industry.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
