Summary
The Recruiter executes recruiting strategy for our Innovation team. A critical position within the talent organization, the Recruiter role requires an experienced, capable and driven person.
Qualifications
This role requires a strong recruiter with a deep knowledge of working with or recruiting for consumer brands. Functional focus (sales, marketing, IT, etc.) is a plus.
You may come from an agency or in-house background, but must have a basic understanding of direct sourcing, with a track record of success in finding talent and a proven capacity to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
You must demonstrate independent decision making, as well as the ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments with multiple stakeholders working under aggressive time lines. You will implement strategies offering input and suggestions in pursuit of excellence in talent acquisition, with the flexibility to quickly adjust and respond to changing requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field
2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree
3 years' full cycle recruitment experience, including developing diverse sources to generate talent, outreach recruitment, cold calling, internet and web searches, behavioral and competency based interviewing, and offer negotiation
Experience using and optimizing ATS and CRM.
Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint
Experience working in a corporate business environment, supporting a business with high-volume, non-exempt positions is strongly preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
