This position is responsible for facilitating the full cycle recruiting process; and for partnering with hiring managers, HR Business partners, diversity/college recruiters and candidates, as appropriate, to ensure quality candidate experience and that top candidate progress through the recruiting process. Review internal and external job boards, attend career fairs, college recruiting events, open houses and other community events to establish presence, strengthen company employment brand, and create fluid, diverse candidate funnel for open positions. The incumbent is responsible for building strategic relationships with recruiting partners such as colleges/universities and community organizations.
Requirements
3
years human resources experience with at least 2 years of sourcing/recruiting experience required. Strong computer skills and ability to utilize HRIS system. PeopleSoft experience preferred; proficiency in Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and networking skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to assess candidates and make critical decisions. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and independently and be self directed.
Education
Bachelor degree in HR, business administration or equivalent combination of education.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
